Limio's no code subscription commerce platform is fully integrated with Zuora, right out-of-the-box. Zuora is the most powerful subscription billing engine out there, but for every engine, you need the bodywork and Limio is here to deliver it (you can learn more about our partnership here). Here is how to get started with setting up Zuora in Limio:
In Limio, each product marketers intend to sell has a unique product code that gets passed to Zuora.
Configure Zuora Product Codes in Limio
Step 1: If you haven't already done so, create your products in Zuora Product Catalog first.
Step 2: To configure the product codes in Limio, go to Config -> Templates -> Products.
New experience: Using the product cat sync button
As of the Winter Release 2021/22, you can now automatically sync your product catalog between Zuora and Limio, allowing you to automatically load all of your product codes and rate plans into the Limio app. You can skip step 2.
Legacy experience: Manually configuring your product codes
Please note that this has been retired and will not be available if you are on the new experience. Here in the Attribute Definitions, we have the product_code_limio with a picklist set up with different product codes that exist in both Zuora and Limio - here you can remove or add new ones.
When you set up a new product in Zuora and you want to find out what its product code is, go to Zuora -> Products -> Product Catalog. Here you can see All Products and the product code under each product. You can also go on an individual product and look for the SKU field. Copy the product code and add it to the Limio product_code_limio picklist above.
Step 3: Go back to the Products tab on the left handside in the Limio app and select the product you want to connect with Zuora. The new product code will now be available for selection in the dropdown list.
Now that we have configured the Zuora product code in Limio, we will proceed to the next step - configuring the Zuora Rate Plan in Limio.
