The Limio For Salesforce Offers Catalog allows customer service agents to browse the Limio Offer Catalog and suggest the customer valid options. To empower service agents, they must be able to quickly browse the catalog and easily locate the relevant offer(s).
Prior to March 2023, searching the catalog was limited to a single search input.
A new UI has been introduced to improved the agents' experience as well as supporting passing multiple values for the same filter, that was not possible with the previous UI.
To enable the new UI, navigate to
Custom Metadata > ic Assist Config > Manage Records > uiSettings - Filters
In here, edit the Config field, and update (or add, if missing), the property "enableEnhancedFiltering" to "true" (to show the new UI), or "false" (to show the old UI).
