Customer grants access request
For Limio to be able to troubleshoot a bug, you must grant access to Limio through an access request.
Go to Personal Settings of the org
Search for Grant Login Access
Grant access to Limio Support
You will also need to provide to us your Salesforce org ID. Go to Setup > Company Settings and provide the "Salesforce.com Organisation ID".
