Limio for Salesforce exposes Limio native subscription management capabilities straight into any Salesforce org, just by simply installing the Limio for Salesforce Managed Package, and integrating it with the corresponding Limio environment (see How to Install and set up Limio for Salesforce).
Since Limio is the source of truth for all of the subscription related data, it's important to note that Limio for Salesforce does not store any data in the Salesforce org related to subscriptions and offers data. This is instead fetched from Limio via API calls, making the data viewed always in sync with its source (Limio) and ensuring no discrepancies.
At high level, the main actions that are exposed through Limio for Salesforce are:
-
Effortlessly Manage Customer Subscriptions: Easily access and manage your customers' subscriptions, enabling swift and informed actions to enhance their experience.
-
Browse the Limio Catalog: Empower your customer service agents with the Limio offers catalog. Browse and suggest the perfect offers, tailoring solutions to each customer's unique needs.
-
Seamless Order Submission: Let Limio streamline your order processing. Capture customer information efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
-
Secure Payment Collection: Benefit from the peace of mind that comes with our secure payment system. Limio integrates with Zuora, using an iframe for payment processing. Rest assured, your customers' payment details are safe and never stored within Limio for Salesforce.
Overall, all of the main transactional processes that support subscription management are all driven by Limio APIs. The below is a high level collection of all of the APIs that Limio for Salesforce uses to support these processes.
Limio Commerce will then integrate with the billing system, such as Zuora. Learn more about Limio's Integration with Zuora here.
