Clean up failed builds in build history

When you go to a campaign or page and go to Builds, you will see a lot of spinning builds like they are still processing. If a build fails, it should stop the spinner and show a failed status. With the constant spinner a user does not know if the build is still trying or has failed.

  Hi Susan,

  Just wanted to let you know that this has been fixed in Release 92. We're still planning to make other improvements to the build and publish UIs, however I'll mark this specific request as Completed.

  Hi Susan, thanks for your input! This is actually already on our backlog of items to improve, so we will let you know when this fix is scheduled.

  We are on release 100 and this has not been fixed.
