Customer Service Offers - To require publish too
CompletedCurrently all offers with Salesforce ON are visible to Customer Services via the managed package.Â
If we are creating new offers it's not so bad as we can 'publish' them to CSRs by adding Sales Channel = Salesforce in. It's a bit of a pain as it adds pressure to launch day but it is possible.
If we are amending offers this is live for Customer Services and not ideal.
So it would be good if Customer Service offers follow the same Publish Rules as online campaigns, or has a process to push them through to the Managed Package.Â

I just wondered if there had been any thought in to this one and whether it is possible.
We may be implementing another mini price rise in October and we can manually make the changes to offers if we haven't got a better solution by then but we do not want to drip feed the offers to Customer Services as we are making the changes.Â
We want to be able to release them at the same time we make the changes to online.Â
