Bulk Gifting (Mass Multi Codes - not a Single Code redeemable many times)

To be discussed but we would like to be able to generate many different codes to be able to share with third parties who can then 'gift' subscriptions to end users.
We need to work out how this will work in terms of the purchasing and value but it may be that these are 0 value to begin with but we will also need to have a way of purchasing these too but I guess that would be at the offer level.
It would be good if it was an online page so not via CSR but if need be via CSR it could be too.Â
Probably lots of considerations but one to add to the list :)

Just following up here for visibility - we did a small test and this looks to be possible using the offers v1 process without any development work.
