Amending the CTA in the component instead of at offer level.

Reason: Because we are now sharing offers the same offer may be used for Subscribe but also Switch. So we may want to display this differently and currently we would need to duplicate offers to be able to do this.

  We are currently planning this work internally and will be worked on in this quarter.

  Discussed at the Office Hours meeting. 

  We would be happy with a new Offer Level Attribute Switch_CTA for example which we can populate when the offer is used in Switch components instead of the normal CTA attribute.

  This does mean it will have to say the same thing for all Switch Campaigns that offer is linked to but it's unlikely this will vary I think.
