To be able to plan resource for testing of releases and plan future initiatives it would be really helpful to see what developments/bug fixes are coming up and when.

For releases to know when they are due to be released and when they will be available for us to test, but also to have a good idea of what is included in the release in advance so we know which teams are required for testing and whether we need to prep anything for us to test. 

For bugs it's particularly important so we know when we are able to perform tasks effectively in Prod because we are currently really struggling to perform simple tasks and it's difficult to commit to anything without being able to do so.

  This is now in play. Draft release notes is sent beforehand in order for the customers to know what is coming and plan accordingly.
