Rather than it being driven by the offer, could the option be given to the customer whether they would like to Switch Now, or End of Term. 

So it be part of the component instead of the offer.

  Hi Dani, could you explain the benefit of having it from the component rather than the Offer? The Offer allows you more granularity, as you could have immediate processing for an upgrade and an end of term processing for a downgrade for example.

  If in the offer it's either immediate or end of term. 

  But if we can move control in to the component and give the option to the customer instead as a button that allows the customer the choice of when to make the switch.

  Thanks Dani for clarifying. It wouldn't necessarily need to be on the component, we could potentially allow to select multiple options from offer and have the component have a different UI if multiple options are possible. I'll pass the suggestion to our Product team.
