Zendesk Tickets - Impacted Team Field
CompletedWould it be possible to have a field on the zendesk tickets (that could also be updated post ticket raising) that can split the tickets by team.
My team alone has several people who raise tickets so it would be good to be able to group together by team for reviewing.

Hi Dani, Limio can add you and other users as part of the same organisation (on top of your existing one), which would allow you to see tickets that are only for your team. I'll share some details by email.
