    We are currently reviewing all feature requests and prioritising them on our product roadmap based on feedback from our customers.

    Any update on this? This is becoming critical now that we are live. We have had many failed orders and have to wait for the customer to let us know they have a problem. We would like to be pro-active and need a way to get notified when an order fails.

    Hi Susan, this is planned work that we'd like to tackle this quarter (April-June). We'll be able to let you know more accurate timelines once we schedule this into a development sprint.
