Multiple Rate Plan issues
CompletedThe rate plans imported should match exactly whatever Zuora supports. If they allow spaces before after a name so should Limio. In addition, the rate plans should import per product not as a distinct list. When you have associated a product to an offer, only the rate plans for that product should be selectable. It appears the assumption was made that every customer only has a single rate plan in Zuora or always uses the same rate plan for all products. For a company with 47+ products to sell, and multiple rate plans for each of those products, this is not working well for us.
