Should not be able to add same product multiple times
AnsweredA product should only be able to be added to the cart once. If you want multiple copies of that product you would increase the quantity. For us, we asked for quantity field to be hidden but you can add the same thing multiple times. This is a problem as our products are not meant to be individual. Need a warning or something to tell the user that the product they are trying to add to cart is already in their cart.

Can I get an update on this. We had a customer do this yesterday resulting in a higher charge, need for a refund, additional support time and frustration for the customer.Â
