Ability to drop component in a specific location on the page

Currently when you add a new component, it always puts it at the top of the page. This is not ideal when you need it further down the page. You have to click the down area to move it, then make sure you are still in the component (you sometimes can't see the component-it goes all white) and hit it again. Takes a while whereas if you could just drag it directly where you want it would eliminate all these manual steps to move it.

  Hi Susan - we've created a new version of the Page Builder which is available in Release 84 and onwards. This new page builder makes it possible to add a component to a specific part of the page. Please note that the page builder v2 is not automatically available, it will be controlled by a feature flag so can be turned on when desired.

  If you're interested in a demo, we can coordinate that with Patrick and discuss next steps if you're interested in migrating to v2. For now, I'll mark this ticket as complete.

  We are currently looking at revamping how components and the page builder will work moving forward and being prioritised on our internal product roadmap.
