Differentiate between Published and Unpublished Campaigns

We'd like to have a flag or identifier that gives Customer Ops the ability to see published and unpublished pages at a glance and capability to report on those.  

Given the number of campaigns in the platform this would enable easier platform Management and alleviate issues around publishing the correct campaigns.

  This functionality is available in the new Page Builder v2, specifically with Release 85. Since we're not planning to make any further major enhancements to Page Builder v1, I'll mark this ticket as complete.
