Allow CSRs (SF Users) to sync the Sub from the Managed Package
CompletedWe get a fair number of support tickets through where Raise Order is not allowing for cancellation due to missing schedule information:

This is fairly easy for us to solve by opening the sub in Limio and requesting a sync from Zuora:

Is there anyway to expose this function through Raise Order so the CSRs can try and resolve this themselves while on the call with the customer, rather than having to raise a support ticket for someone to do this for them?

We have been working on the new Manage Subscription App which is going to replace Raise Order in the future. We have managed to fix a number of issues and still looking into this one. We will keep you posted.Â
