Can not see updates without a hard refresh (F5)

I run into this frequently. I make a change, navigate away to do other stuff and then come back to validate only to see my change isn’t there. I think it didn’t take and keep trying it just to see it disappear again when I leave and come back. Finally doing a hard refresh (F5) it will show up.

Example: I was on offers under a campaign and added a Rate Plan to an offer, hit save. Went to the next offer and made a change, hit save. Went to the main campaign page and saved just to be safe. Went back to Offers to validate my changes and the Rate Plan was empty again. Did an F5 and it showed up.

This is going to cause a lot of confusion for our backend users. Having to constantly refresh is not an ideal experience.
