Have global footers and headers

It is possible to duplicate header/footer across campaigns, but being able to set a global footer/header for the shop would reduce the possibility of forgetting to update a specific campaign.

  Workaround: Footers and headers can be defined via inject code at the shop-level. Go to Settings > Inject Document.

  I asked Joshua about using the inject for our header and was told that it would not work. We have a navigation that is at the top of every campaign and if you want to change that you have to do it 47 times (currently). A global header/footer would be a huge win!
