Add the Zuora out of box field SalesRepName to the Account payload

It is very typical to want to report on who brought an account onboard. I was surprised to hear that we could not populate the OOB SalesRepName field on the Zuora Account entity without significant coding work. Please add this field as a standard field (optional) that can be populated by the checkout. It is a simple text field so can be freeform.
