Currently, the app operates in the UK timezone (GMT/BST). We need the app to be updated to follow the Swiss timezone (CET/CEST), including automatic adjustments for daylight saving time.

Requirements:

1. Update the timezone from GMT/BST to CET/CEST.
2. Ensure correct handling of daylight saving time transitions:
   • Winter: CET (GMT+1).
   • Summer: CEST (GMT+2).
3. Test the functionality to confirm that times are displayed accurately according to the Swiss timezone, with examples before and after the change:
   • Example: 12:00 PM GMT = 1:00 PM CET in winter.
