Surface Offer Last Published Date and Last Modified Date in Offers UI and Offers Table

This is also linked to the API improvements as currently without checking every single offer in switch view we can't get this information easily.
We also have to publish every offer to get it in the API for our data team so something to help remind us when doing this would be great.

Hi Dani, we have a ticket on our roadmap to display in the Offers UI whether an offer is published or has never been published. It hasn't been assigned a release yet but we will keep you updated.Â
