Update Province field in shorten form

Currently, the province names are shown in full name. The request is to update the Province fields to be in short form on mobile so that we provide a better payment experience during checkout on mobile. 

In order to remove length oriented friction in mobile reduce the province fields to be in shorten format. eg: Ontario => ON etc

  Thanks for your feedback! We're currently looking at ways to improve our Modular Checkout to help our customers reduce friction and lower abandonment rates in their checkouts. I will make sure to consider this feedback during our planning for this initiative.
