Provide the ability to change Limio App system Clock

Currently right now the system clock in Limio App is GMT. All of the user action/history displays the date and time is not aligned to our time zone. Our time zone is EST.

We would like the ability to be able to change the system clock to one of our choosing, or better yet, the system clock displayed to the user will be one inherited from user browser.
