Discount/Promo Code to apply at Cart Level

We need the ability to apply a Promo Code towards all items in the cart. 

This would allow customers to put multiple items into their cart and apply a promo code to adjust the balance (% off or $ amount off) of their cart in full. 

We currently only have the ability to link a Promo Code to specific Offer.

  Hi Susan, Shanna,

  We have introduced Promo Codes v2 in Release 106 allowing discounts to be applied to specific Offers/Add-Ons or the whole Basket.

  I can see the IRMI dev environment has Release 106 already feel free to try it out!
