Order Confirmation Component: Flexibility to display/hide column headers

Order Confirmation component 

We are unable to hide Payment date field but it would be great to be able to add/remove table headers from view.

Payment date was identified when we were investigating creating offers that require service activation. So at that point the payment date is not known/confirmed.
