Need ability to re-process Orders
AnsweredJust like in Zuora you can re-process a failed call out, we need the ability to re-process a failed order from Limo that never makes it to Zuora. When orders fail in Limio this results in manual work from someone having to go into Zuora and place the order manually. This is very time consuming. There should be an option to try and re-process the failed order especially when the error was from something like Request failed: https://rest.zuora.com/v1/orders [undefined] (503)Service Unavailable

We introduced an Error Reporting webhook in Release 83 (New Error Reporting Webhook) that can be utilised to introduce the functionality you're requesting, please also see How to set up an Error Reporting Webhook in Limio

This only notifies us that an order failed. How exactly can you re-process the order - neither of those articles provides details on how you would push the order back through.

Please re-open this one. It is marked completed on my report from Asha but as stated above, this webhook only notifies us about an error, it does not allow us to retry the order.Â
