    Hi Susan,

    We introduced an Error Reporting webhook in Release 83 (New Error Reporting Webhook) that can be utilised to introduce the functionality you're requesting, please also see How to set up an Error Reporting Webhook in Limio

    We discussed this feature request when we spoke at the beginning of the week. I'll make sure to discuss this with Product and will provide and update with more information on when the feature can be developed as soon as I can.

    This only notifies us that an order failed. How exactly can you re-process the order - neither of those articles provides details on how you would push the order back through.

    Please re-open this one. It is marked completed on my report from Asha but as stated above, this webhook only notifies us about an error, it does not allow us to retry the order.
