Showing the Activity Timeline of events in Limio for Salesforce

Limio for Salesforce can display past events that happened to a subscription in a chronological order. Relevant information will be displayed based on the specific order and actions taken.

To access the feature:

• Go to Manage Subscription or the Manage Subscription Workflow.
• In Manage Subscription app, click on the subscription ID link:

• In Flows, click on the down arrow next of the relevant subscription then Events:

You will then see a Timeline with the following functionality:

• For each action (new order, switch, save, cancel, change payment, change address, renewal...), display the relevant information such as:

  • What the action is

  • The date is happened

  • Product

  • Offer

  • Amount

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Term

  • Source

    • If LFS is source, which user

• Hide the detail or expand
