  • Improvement: Subscription action rules can now be configured to restrict actions on particular subscriptions by selecting no allowed actions. In such cases, users will see a notification:

Release 12.44 - May 29, 2024

  • Improvement: Surfaced the name of the filtering rule currently in use in the Catalog. If the Catalog utilises an Offers Filtering Rule to pre-load the filters, a new information icon appears in the Filters section. Hovering over it, allows users to view the name of the applied rule. The icon will be hidden if no rules are in use.


  • Improvement: Updated the structure of the Invoice payment object.
  • Improvement: Users can now adjust the quantity of their selected offer during a Switch flow. If the new offer permits multiple purchases ("allow_multibuy__limio":
    true
    ), a new counter component will appear on the user interface, enabling users to change the quantity of the offer in their order.

Release 12.43 - May 22, 2024

  • Bug fix: Corrected the date shown on the user interface when renewing an expired subscription: the effective date is now set to today if the current subscription has ended in the past.
  • Bug fix: Implemented format validation for the subscription's purchase country to ensure it is in uppercase. This is necessary for case-sensitive queries when retrieving offers from the catalog.

  • Bug fix: Limio offer attributes of type Picklist were not matching correctly in the Offer Filtering rules.

Release 12.34 - March 15, 2024

  • Improvement: Previously, in cases where there were two offer filtering rules with matching subscription criteria but different offer attributes criteria, the system would only consider the first rule that matched and disregard the rest. However, the system now allows for such cases, the rule with the highest number of matching attributes will be assigned a higher priority.   • Improvement: added a special error message for the missing Zuora preview on cancelling an already cancelled subscription: `Could not calculate total at this time. Reason: preview is not available when amending a cancelled subscription. Please proceed with the transaction.` 
  • Tech debt: updated the Renewal flow to end after the checkout link is generated
  • Improvement: defining a type of add-on for a discount to be applied on acquisition was made case insensitive ("discount" && "Discount" are both valid types)

Release 12.16 - November 13, 2023

  • Improvement: currencies shown in the timeline now adhere to the locale settings of the Salesforce user.
  • Bug fix: corrected an issue by making the subscription's current term dates static, ensuring they no longer change based on the machine timezone.

  • Improvement: added support for timeline currency formatting based on the current SF user's locale

  • Improvement: added a new property to the order payload to allow tracking events origin - initiated_source
  • Improvement: every time a checkout link is generated as a payment method in LFS, we publish a Platform event containing the link and other order-related details to allow our clients build custom automation logic based on it. 
  • Improvement: enriched address summary view in the Order Summary flow screen to include all populated fields
  • Bug fix: added support for the timeline events of an unsupported type

  • Improvement: it's now possible to see the name of a SF user who triggered a subscription event from Limio for Salesforce in the new Created By field. The change applies to both Activity timeline and Subscriber timeline
  • Improvement: added standalone fields to map building number and street name in the CustomerAddress apex class, learn more here.
  • Improvement: default sorting of the Customer Wallets table entries by Last Updated date in descending order; Last Updated and Type columns were made sortable by clicking on the column header.
  • Improvement: improved display of the checkout link countdown - zero values hidden.
  • Bug fix: added validation for a subscription's start date format.

  • Improvement: possibility to select additional charges for an acquisition order, learn more: Flow Customisation: Add-Ons
  • Improvement: preventing the order from being submitted multiple times in the flow by disabling the Submit button after it was clicked once

Release 12.08 (requires Limio release 91 or later) - October 18, 2023

  • Improvement: added the ability to define a custom expiration time for a Checkout URL and regenerate the link when the basket expires
  • Bug fix: updated Abandoned baskets table to account for baskets without an associated campaign

  • Improvement: when refunding a subscription in the refund action, if the amount to refund exceeds the last payment made (last charge) there is a dedicated error message "Amount cannot exceed last payment"
  • Improvement: when there is a cancellation, the order summary in the last step of the flow shows the selected reason label rather than its value.

 

Release 11.63 - July 26, 2023

  • Improvement: Abandoned Baskets logic added to the Acquisition flow
  • Improvement: an additional rule for overriding a start date of a new subscription (allow only past dates or today)
  • Bug fix: allow reusing an existing preloaded billing address when using an Invoice payment method 
  • Bug fix: pass the correct CaseId in the tracking object when processing an order in the flow

 

Release 11.61 - July 25, 2023

  • Improvement: in flows, the order summary now contains more details about the items being added to the order in previous steps on the flow. As an example, a mid term cancellation (with a refund due) will show the below information. This will work alongside the detailed line items introduced with release 11.52.

Release 11.60 (requires Limio release 87 or later) - July 21, 2023 

  • Improvement: in the Acquisition flow, it is now possible to set the maximum and minimum allowed subscription start date thanks to two Integer flow-exposed properties: "Number of days in the future for a maximum allowed start date" and "Number of days into the past for a minimum allowed start date". Release 11.59 (requires Limio release 85 or later) - July 18, 2023

  • Improvement: new subscriber timeline. See more here: View a Subscriber Timeline
  • Improvement: the multiselect dropdown component only shows options on click of the input area. Before, the options would show and hide when hovering the mouse over the input area. This would lead to unpredictable behaviour and cause the options to disappear if the mouse was moved out of the area. This behaviour is also in line with the standard salesforce single select dropdown (aka combobox).

 

Release 11.56 - July 6, 2023

  • Bug fix: when the zuora iframe was used to capture a payment for the customer, if the customer record has no email field populated, the payment would fail. This has now been fixed. 
  • Bug fix: in the offers catalog, the catalog would some times freeze and loading infinitely. This should no longer occur.

  • Improvement: ability to filter on the subscription timeline by event type and source.
  • Improvement: add invoice payment method to the acquisition flow.

  • Improvement: improving the offers table of the new enhanced filtering UI. This involves the following

    • offers are all displayed instead of showing paginated results. Users can scroll through the results and see “Showing xxx entries.” at the top.

    • Products and Entitlements columns (and any other columns configured that allow for arrays) will show all values and not just the first value.

    • Using the free text search now works on all returned results to narrow down results further. This does not perform a search on limio catalog, it only refines values in any column that were already returned for the applied filters.

    • User can sort on any column.

  • New feature: Configure required filters per individual action. The filters configuration now supports specifying whether a filter is required. For more information see Create rules for filtering the Offer Catalog

  • New feature: Agents can now see a customer's current subscription on the Offer Catalog screen.
  • Bug fix (Zendesk #3085): If an agent attempted to renew a lapsed subscription, they would only be able to select the original subscription end date. Now, agents will not be able to renew a an auto-renewing lapsed subscription.

  • Bug fix: If a user clicked the Previous button and changing data (like the offer selected), the new data would not be used when the Next button was clicked and the workflow was progressed.

  • Improvement: Show tax during gift refunds for US and Canada. Partial refunds for gifts are not allowed.

Release 11.10 - January 3, 2023

  • New Feature: Add Custom Validation Messages on Addresses
  • Improvement: when refunding a gift subscription, the process requires re-selecting the original gift offer for triggering the refund process. Previously, the agent had to manually search for it and select it. Now, the original offer is being automatically selected by the system on behalf of the agent, avoiding the extra manual process.
