New Features and Improvements
New Manage Subscriptions (Beta)
The new manage subscriptions introduces new changes on how the subscriptions are displayed and managed in Salesforce.
Note : This new version of the LFS app will run side by side with the old Raise Order while it is still in Beta, however we will later discontinue the Raise Order feature and will only support this feature.

Main difference between the two features
Button Placement moved to the top
Redeem gift and new subscription buttons moved to the top. Previously the buttons were placed at the bottom and we need scroll to the bottom if the user has multiple subscriptions.

After: Action buttons have been moved to the top

When starting a new subscription you will no longer be directed to the Offer Catalog, instead you will be presented with a component whereby you can then action to select an offer. You can also click on the remove button to cancel this action.

Offer names displayed for selected offers
The selected offer name is now displayed and the offer can be changed by just clicking on the selected offer. Previously the offer name was not displayed and to change the selected offer we need to use the remove option and select the offers again.

Error Message for negative or zero quantity
Setting a negative or null value for quantity shows error indicating at least 1 quantity needs to be selected before proceeding with payment.

After: User is unable to enter invalid quantity values

Payment Method: Billing country details are pre-filled with country-selected for offers
When selecting a payment, only the correct billing countries are displayed for selection. Before all the countries would have been available which could lead to errors.
Error message for invalid/incorrect date selection in journeys
Previously selecting an invalid date would show a warning for few seconds and auto-select the date. Selecting an invalid date in new version shows an error message and asks the user to select the date again.
Before: Error warning message for invalid date

After: Field validation for date

Offer Catalog for Switch Journey
The switching offer experience has been vastly improved. First of all the Offer Catalog will now pre-fill the filters to the correct offers where switching is possible which eliminates the possibility of errors occurring. There are also some UI changes made to better display the current offer and the new offer.
Before: UI displaying price and other info in an unstructured away
Screenshot: Non-descriptive offer name while switching in raise orders
After: UI is more structured with easy to read information

Error for invalid refund amount
Previously setting an invalid refund amount would give a warning and auto reset the value to maximum amount. Now invalid entry shows the error and the auto reset is removed so the agent can set the value within range.

When a customer purchases a gift they are given the option to leave a message. The maximum number of characters of this message have been limited to 255 with error validation in place when the maximum number of characters have been reached.

Order Status: Error Message when Zuora API fails
There are sometimes external errors that occur that the CSRs are not aware of. Before we did not display these errors like when the Zuaro API fails. When this does happen though, there is an error message displayed in the order status that notifies the CSR.
Order Summary: Show Correct Bundle Offer Total Price
When performing a Switch a Cancel on a subscription the order total wasn't always displayed correctly as seen below.

When performing these actions the total is calculated correctly:

Offer Catalog UX improvements
The cursor will now auto focus search input after you've selected the filter category in the Offer Catalog meaning less clicking and a better user experience.
Zip Code validation
We have improved validation on Zip Codes meaning that CSRs will get an error message when an incorrect Zip Code has been entered. Note: Validation is only on the format of the Zip Code based on the country selected.
