In Limio for Salesforce, Custom Journeys are used as additional order types, beside the standard, pre-set ones.
Examples of such orders could be a "Pause Print" order, where, for an order including a magazine delivery, the magazine delivery is temporarily paused, while the subscription stays unaffected.
Another example could be changing the billing date.
Configure the Custom Order Type - Limio
The configuration of the Custom Order Type is done in Limio.

When the order_type is created, specify all of the attributes that should be available to the order type.
Configure the Custom Order Type - Limio for Salesforce
Once the order type is created in Limio, this won't be automatically visible in Limio for Salesforce; to complete the configuration, please contact the Limio for Salesforce team.
Once configured, the new order type will appear as an additional action to the list of actions for a specific subscription - rules can be added for the specific order to be visible for certain subscription types only. For example, pause print won't appear as an option for digital only subscriptions.
The custom action in Limio for Salesforce will be configured showing the attributes as specified on Limio.
