As you may know already, Limio is the Subscription Commerce Platform. We focus on helping businesses to sell subscription and enable marketers to create online acquisition and retention experiences, as well as winback and upsell experiences.
The Limio for Salesforce is where online meets offline. Where the online shop meets the contact centre. Itβs an application that lives in Salesforce which helps Customer Service Agents to manage the subscription lifecycle. The Limio for Salesforce is a managed package available on the AppExchange and is an add on to our main application which is the Limio Subscription Commerce Platform.
The Limio for Salesforce allows sales and contact center agents while working in Salesforce to do similar things to what customers can do online to manage their subscriptions so for example they can take a new order, upgrade, downgrade, cancel save, change payments.
Through the Limio for Salesforce, Sales and Customer Service Agents can see the offers and campaigns that are stored in Limio and these are visible within the Product Selector. Agents can also see subscriber information, and can manage the account and contact details. We are also integrated with payment gateways.
The Limio For Salesforce App in available in the Salesforce AppExchange and can be installed from there. Once installed, only a few steps are required (to be performed by an org admin) to integrate the Salesforce org with the corresponding Limio environment. Limio For Salesforce is fully integrated with Limio and provides an easy, code-free native solution that seamlessly integrates with your Salesforce org and Limio environment, with an easy to use interface for Subscription management.
What if I have Salesforce but already have an application for my agents, such as Zuora CPQ or Salesforce CPQ?
Limio can work with other Salesforce applications, as long as they are directly integrated into Zuora. The application must push orders into Zuora and Limio will then rely on the Subscription Sync to sync information back into Limio.
