As you may know already, Limio is the omnichannel Subscription Commerce Platform. We focus on helping businesses to sell subscription and enable marketers to create online shop and self-service portals.
The Limio for Salesforce is where online meets offline. Where the online shop and self-service meets the contact centre. Itβs an application that lives in Salesforce which helps Customer Service Agents to manage the subscription lifecycle. The Limio for Salesforce is a managed package available on the AppExchange and is an add on to our main application which is the Limio Subscription Commerce Platform.
What can Limio for Salesforce do?
Limio for Salesforce empowers sales and contact center agents to swiftly manage subscriptions right within Salesforce. Agents can effortlessly handle tasks such as new orders, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, savings, and payment changes, mirroring the speed of online customer interactions.
Core capabilities include:
- Limio for Salesforce seamlessly integrates with your existing Salesforce platform, granting Sales and Customer Service Agents immediate access to offers stored in Limio via the Offer Selector. These can be conveniently pre-filtered based on subscriber criteria, including their current offer.
- Agents can also access a comprehensive subscriber timeline and efficiently manage current subscriptions on behalf of customers, including restricting possible actions, prefilling with available information such as payment wallets, and surfacing next best offers in cancel scenarios.
- Limio for Salesforce offers seamless integration with payment gateways and supports DTMF and IVR solutions for a complete and rapid customer management experience.
- Agents will have real-time feedback on whether orders and changes have been successful across payments, billing, entitlement and fulfilment systems.
How is Limio for Salesforce deployed?
The Limio For Salesforce App in available in the Salesforce AppExchange and can be installed from there. Limio for Salesforce is a series of Salesforce Flows that can be customised to embed business logic, so while you can benefit from rich commerce functionalities, you can also customise them with your own validation rules and enrich Flows with your own data.
Limio for Salesforce Flows are fully native to Salesforce, enabling you to fully customise the user interface using Salesforce's Page Builder and to deploy the logic on whichever Salesforce records you wish to use, whether it's Case, Accounts, via an Action Bar, Tabs etc... This ensures a consistent, white-label experience for your agents.
What if I have Salesforce but already have an application for my agents, such as Zuora CPQ or Salesforce CPQ?
Limio can work with other Salesforce applications, as long as they are directly integrated into Zuora. The application must push orders into Zuora and Limio will then rely on the Subscription Sync to sync information back into Limio.
