With Limio Checkout for Salesforce, you can configure the cancel and cancel/save journeys for your Customer Service agents.
By default, the Cancel form is almost the same as a Switch form, you just have one more required field displayed: the Cancel Reason field.

This journey has similar validations as the Switch journey (see here) except that you can select as a suggested offer either a discount offer (e.g. -10% for 3 months) or another regular offer ($1.99 for 3 months, then full price).
If you choose a Discount offer, you will be setting a discount on the account. A discount can only be applied at the next charge, so it defaults to the end of subscription term and cannot be changed.
If no suggested offer is selected, it will then simply be a cancellation request of a current subscription. By default, the effective date has same validation as for switch.
Please note: if the subscription term is in future (Term Start Date is greater than TODAY), effective dates for Cancel will start from TODAY till the Subscription Term End Date. This is applicable only for Cancellation.
