With Limio for Salesforce, you can configure the cancel and cancel/save journeys for your Customer Service agents.
This article covers the Manage Subscription UI delivered through a single app. A different UI is available through Flows where the experience can be further customised, learn more at Limio For Salesforce Manage Subscriptions Flow.
By default, the Cancel is similar to a Switch action, you just have one more required field displayed: the Cancel Reason field.

For the suggested offer you can take two different action, you can select:
- A discount offer to add on top of the current subscription (e.g. -10% for 3 months).
- Discount offer have a specific configuration, learn more here: How to create a Discount offer.
- An another regular offer to switch to replace and replace the current subscription ($1.99 for 3 months, then full price).
If you choose a Discount offer, you will be setting a discount on the subscription. A discount can only be applied at the next charge, so it defaults to the end of subscription term. This cannot be changed.
If no suggested offer is selected, it will then simply be a cancellation request of a current subscription. By default, the effective date has the same validation as for switch.
Please note: if the subscription term is in future (Term Start Date is greater than TODAY), effective dates for Cancel will start from TODAY till the Subscription Term End Date. This is applicable only for Cancellation.
