Through Limio for Salesforce, Customer Service Agents can see the offers and campaigns that have been defined by marketers in the Limio app. These are visible within the Offer Catalog in Salesforce.
Configure fields in Offer Catalog Table
To add/update/remove the fields that you see in the SF Offer Catalog you need to do the configs in the Limio app > Config > Templates > Campaign > field Salesforce Offer Base Table field (SalesforceOfferBaseTable__limio). To access to this field:
Step 1 - Navigate to the Limio platform
Step 2 - Go to Configs (at the bottom of the left menu)
Step 3 - Select Campaigns
Step 4 - Scroll the page to the required field and press the down arrow near field type
Each picklist value is a column in product selector table. Value is absolute path to the field on the offer or product, for example:
- Product > data.products.0.attributes.display_name__limio
- Term Length > data.attributes.term__limio.length
- Term Type > data.attributes.term__limio.type
- Display Price > data.attributes.display_price__limio
- Offer type > data.attributes.offer_type__limio
- Auto Renew > data.attributes.autoRenew__limio
You can also create new custom attributes that then are shown in Salesforce (see How to work with Templates and Custom Attributes)
Configure side panel fields in the Product Selector (to display offer details)
To add/update/remove fields, configs is taken from the limio offer field Salesforce Offer Base Side (SalesforceOfferBaseSide__limio). To access to this field:
Step 1 - Navigate to the limio platform
Step 2 - Go to Configs (at the bottom of the left menu)
Step 3 - Select offers
Step 4 - Scroll the page to the required SalesforceOfferBaseSide__limio field and press the down arrow near field type
Each field here is to be displayed on the offers details when you press on the offer in Product Selector table. Please note that here we are just setting the attribute that needs to be displayed, not the absolute path to the attribute, because we assume here that all the attributes we are going to show are taken from offer.data.attributes
Configure preloaded filters in Product Selector Search
You can define filters that will preload for specific journeys. This is configured via custom metadata "ic Assist Config" > "uiSettings - Filters". The "Config" field contains the required configuration for setting pre-defined filters within the product catalog, based on order type.
The same can be controlled via source control updating the metatada file i42as__icAssistConfig.i42as__uiSettings_Filters.md-meta.xml
This will then be automatically loaded in the product selector for that journey:
