How to use the Search functionality

We understand that you just want to create campaigns after campaigns in your shop, and rightly so! Sometimes you'll want to re-use a great offer you created a while ago, but finding it may become a hassle when you have a lot to sift through. 

That's why our search function allows you to flexibly search for any data created and find exactly what you're looking for.  Here is how to use Limio Search which allows you to add unlimited filters to your search, save what you search for future reference, and perform bulk edits or mass delete.

How to search your catalog

First filter - The first filter in the search bar allows you to choose from the 'Offer', 'Product' or 'Segment' categories. 

Second Filter - The second filter gives you the option to include Archived campaigns (campaigns that are not in use on your store but exist within your database) in your search. 

Third filter - The third filter, which is displayed at the actual search field ('Search for criteria'), gives you the most flexibility with narrowing down what you're looking for. After clicking on the field, a drop-down menu appears with a list of attributes, and just to name a few examples, you can:

• Locate a display price 

• Find the location of an offer

• Retrieve campaigns/offers based on prices

... and plenty more!

How to save your search for future reference

Step 1 - Click on the Save Search button
