Offers Filtering Rule Finder

LFS Version requirement: v12.46 or later

Overview

Offer Filtering Rules received a lot of positive feedback from users for its usefulness. However, managing a large number of rules or searching for a rule by specific criteria can be challenging. To address this issue, we have developed the Offers Filtering Rule Finder, a user-friendly tool for easily locating, editing, and deleting offer filtering rules.

Where to find the tool?

- Navigate to the Filtering Rule Finder page from the App launcher or linked tabs in the Limio Console app.
The page is split into two sections: the left side displays entry criteria, while the right side showcases results. On load, the results section will display all existing offer filtering rules:

- Action is a key element of all filtering rules, so the search begins after an Action is selected. Once it's selected, the results are listed on the right, and additional criteria to narrow down the list appear on the left:
Note: The only exception is a New Action. If you choose 'New', you will not see any additional criteria.

The more specific entry criteria are, the fewer rules appear in the results section.

 

Tips

1. Rule names highlighted in blue are clickable and redirect users to the rule record page.
2. Dropdown menu at the end of each row allows users to view, edit, or delete rule records from this view.
