How to configure the date format in Limio Components

Is is possible to define the date format you wish to use in Limio components across the Limio shop flow. To configure this follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to the settings tab in the Limio Console

2. Navigate to Localisation

3. Select the format you want to use and click save

Formats explained:

Short Date	DD/MM/YYY e.g. 23/02/1994
Abbreviated date	Abbreviated month DD, YYY e.g. Feb 23, 1994
Full date	Month DD, YYYY e.g. February 23, 1994
English abbreviated date	DD Abbreviated month YYY e.g. 23 Feb 1994

 

If no format is selected, the components will default to use the locale date, in the short format. E.g US and CA will display as MM/DD/YYY i.e. 07/24/2023

Note: improper config of the date can result in inconsistency across dates in Limio vs Limio for Salesforce and Zuora.  To ensure dates are consitant we reccoemend you choose one of the date formats defined in the table.
