Reverse Cancellation Preview

Cancel journey allows to re-cancel an already cancelled subscription. However, Zuora Preview API cannot generate previews when amending subscriptions that have been previously cancelled. Note that as soon as a cancel has been created in Zuora, even if the effective cancellation date is in the future, the subscription will be in a state of cancelled in Zuora and the Zuora Preview API will not return any values.

In the Limio for Salesforce managed package version 12.18 or higher, Limio Order Total flow component generates a specific error message for this case:
"Could not calculate total at this time. Reason: preview is not available when amending a cancelled subscription. Please proceed with the transaction."
